PART 1: REFUND POLICY
1. RETURN WINDOW
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Tactical Gear Notice: For specialized items like optical scopes, any signs of mounting, scratches on the rails, or lens smudges will disqualify the item from being returned in “original condition.”
Sale Items: Unlike many stores, we accept returns on sale items, provided they meet the standard return criteria mentioned above.
3. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

4. EXCHANGES

Transit Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.
2. RETURN SHIPPING
Mailing Address: To ensure security and efficiency, our return shipping address is not listed publicly. Once your return request is approved, we will send the specific mailing address to your email.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Insurance: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
3. DISCREET PACKAGING
To protect your privacy and ensure smooth customs clearance for tactical simulation accessories, all orders are shipped in discreet, professional packaging without detailed product descriptions on the exterior of the box.
